What You'll Do Proactively identify vehicles that meet the dealership's inventory needs Contact customers through phone, email, text, digital leads, service-lane activity, and other approved prospecting channels Build relationships with owners who are considering selling or trading their vehicles Conduct vehicle walkarounds and gather accurate information about condition, mileage, features, ownership, and service history Partner with dealership leadership to obtain vehicle appraisals and develop competitive purchase offers Clearly explain the acquisition process and guide customers through the required documentation Negotiate professionally while protecting dealership standards and profitability Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects and follow-up activity Record customer interactions, appointments, and results in dealership systems Work closely with the sales, service, business development, and used-vehicle teams Monitor the local market and help identify high-demand makes, models, and inventory opportunities Deliver a transparent, efficient experience that encourages customers to return and refer others What You'll Bring Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills A proactive, self-directed approach to prospecting and follow-up Comfort making outbound calls and initiating conversations with prospective sellers Ability to manage multiple leads and priorities in a fast-paced dealership environment Customer-service, retail, automotive, business development, or sales experience preferred Familiarity with CRM, appraisal, or automotive retail systems is a plus Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record Ability to meet applicable pre-employment requirements Total Rewards The Salary for this position is $3000 per month, with bonuses based on units Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
