As a vital link between clients and the clinical team, the full-time remote Client Care Coordinator will manage client scheduling, respond to inquiries, and support clinicians by ensuring seamless execution of care plans in the mental health sector. Key responsibilities Facilitate client care coordination by managing schedules, answering inquiries, and assisting with appointment logistics Provide administrative support to clinicians, including documentation and operational tasks to enhance care delivery Collaborate with Clinical, Billing, and Intake Teams to ensure streamlined communication and continuity of care Required qualifications Previous experience in a medical or mental health office, particularly in scheduling and referral coordination Working knowledge of Electronic Medical Records Systems Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and other relevant computer programs Customer service experience, preferably with at least 2 years in a related role Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment with minimal supervision
