Penn State Health St. Joseph Regional Health Network Location: US:PA:Blandon Work Type: Part Time FTE: 0.7 Shift: Varied Hours: First and Second Job Summary G reets all patients and visitors entering and exiting the facility. Guides patients to the appropriate patient care areas. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Must be personable and friendly at all times. Ability to work as a team member and assist other coworkers. Ability to remain calm in difficult and stressful situations. Excellent professional and effective communications skills, both verbal and in writing. Ability to identify and solve problems. Ability to work with minimal supervision Ability to respect the need for confidentiality in all duties performed. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual Skills (Spanish) preferred. Experience in Medical Office, Reception, or Customer Service preferred.
