What You’ll Do

• Design and manage Meta ad campaigns for 40-100 clinics (chiro, dental, neuropathy), driving 20+ appointments per client monthly.
• Optimize daily via A/B tests, audience tweaks, creative refreshes, and budget shifts, targeting 5x+ ROAS.
• Leverage Meta Ads Manager, GoHighLevel, and Google Analytics to monitor performance and spot trends in real-time.
• Collaborate with Client Success Managers via Zoom, ClickUp, and Slack to keep client churn below 10%.
• Craft high-converting creatives, copy, and landing pages to maximize lead quality.
• Proactively squash performance dips using our campaign playbook.
• Contribute bold ideas in weekly strategy huddles to drive continuous improvement.

Who You Are

Must-Haves

• 3+ years running Meta ad campaigns (agency or in-house), with lead generation expertise.
• Proven ability to manage 40+ accounts simultaneously, supported by our streamlined funnel system.
• Expert in Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, GoHighLevel, Slack, ClickUp, and Google Workspace.
• Data-driven optimizer who thrives under pressure and owns campaign outcomes.
• Strong communicator, able to sync with CSMs and clients to deliver results.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with healthcare or clinic campaigns (chiro, dental, neuropathy).
• Familiarity with Zapier or advanced automation tools.
• Track record of turning around underperforming campaigns.
