Job Description Cozen O’Connor, ranked among the top 100 law firms in the country and named to Newsweek’s list of America’s Most Loved Workplaces, has an immediate opening for a service oriented self-starter to join our administrative team on a full-time basis as an Office Assistant/Receptionist in West Conshohocken, PA. This is a highly visible in-office role and an excellent opportunity for candidates with exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to high quality service standards to clients and colleagues. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls, including answering, screening, transferring calls, and taking detailed messages as needed. Manage the day-to-day operations of the reception area and hospitality services, including welcoming guests, coordinating conference room and videoconference reservations, and arranging office accommodations for visiting attorneys and hoteling personnel. Manage and coordinate catering requests for meetings and events across all departments. Plan and organize office events, employee programs, and special functions. Provide backup support for mailroom operations during the absence of Office Services personnel. Maintain, and coordinate IRM labels, boxes, and related records management supplies. Assist with administrative projects, special assignments, and office initiatives as needed. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Office Assistant/Receptionist, preferably in a law firm or other professional services environment Strong organizational skills and a commitment to client service, teamwork, and continuous improvement Highly effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to work well with all levels of firm employees, clients, visitors and vendors Attention to detail in all interactions and work product Ability to handle large volume of requests daily Aptitude to learn all firm software applications Excellent reading comprehension and proofreading skills Able to work overtime as needed High school diploma required, college degree preferred The salary range for this role is $50,000 - $60,000 and represents the Firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications and location.
