Job Description
An established law firm is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join its growing legal team in Mary Esther, Florida (100% Remote) . This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated legal professional with at least three years of experience who is seeking to advance their career in a collaborative, supportive, and dynamic legal environment.
The ideal candidate will be a licensed Florida attorney with strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills. Experience in real property litigation, construction law, or contested probate matters is highly desirable .
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive legal research and provide thorough legal analysis.
Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, briefs, discovery, and other legal documents.
Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials.
Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on a variety of legal matters.
Develop and implement case strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys and legal support staff.
Manage an active caseload while maintaining strong attention to detail and deadlines.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and other parties.
Maintain high standards of professionalism, ethics, and client service.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Active Florida Bar license in good standing.
Minimum of 3 years of attorney experience preferred.
Litigation experience strongly preferred.
Experience with real property litigation, construction law, or contested probate matters is a plus.
Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage multiple matters and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
Strong commitment to professionalism and client service.
