POSITION : Mail Clerk
LOCATION : Carmel, IN | Onsite
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $15.29/hr
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM EST with a 30-minute unpaid lunch
• Temporary assignment, approximately 2 months
ROLE IMPACT
Support timely and accurate check mailing by preparing, matching, and sorting outgoing mail. Success in this role means maintaining strong accuracy while completing repetitive, detail-focused tasks efficiently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Fold, stuff, and seal outgoing check mailings.
• Match check numbers to the correct mailing labels with high attention to detail.
• Sort and organize outgoing mail for timely processing.
• Verify mailing information to help ensure checks are sent accurately.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
• Ability to stay organized and focused in a high-volume, repetitive work environment.
• Dependable and able to complete assigned mailing tasks on schedule.
