Job description : Kitchen and bath remodeling and whole house home improvement of vacant houses. Earn 2k - 3k / week with 40-70 hrs a week. YEAR ROUND LOCAL Work. If you can't work 40-60+ hrs / week EVERY week, do not waste each other's time or apply.
10+ year company with year round Local work is looking for another friendly, home improvement contractor, handyman, maintenance technician, or carpenter, electrician, or hvac, to join the team. You should be well rounded in all phases of construction and remodeling and home improvement.
We also have room for junior people who are teachable.
Must live within 20 minutes of downtown
Earn good money with a small but GROWING family owned home improvement, renovation, and property management company that renovates and maintains rental houses, only in nice neighborhoods. All of the rehab and renovation jobs are on vacant houses that we own and remodeling to rent out or sell.
We currently have several employees and contractors, and looking for another SKILLED person with POWER TOOLS & VEHICLE. (preferably 20 years relevant work experience.)
OPPORTUNITY TO GET PAID HOURLY AND Work 40 to 70 hrs per week. Its up to you to decide how much you want to work & earn. You set your own schedule. We work 5-7 days a week 8-12 hrs a day. We are highly motivated by money, very ambitious, take pride in our work and looking for the same.
general duties to include: Home improvement and renovation & home maintenance. You will NOT have to do hvac or roofing.
Must be Honest, good manners, have own tools and vehicle, excellent memory, and organization skills.
