Crystal Lake Healthcare and Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced Unit Manager (LPN/RN) to provide clinical leadership and oversee daily nursing operations. Located at 395 Lakeside Boulevard, Bayville, NJ 08721 , our facility is committed to providing high-quality, resident-centered care in a supportive and professional environment.

Oversee daily clinical operations and workflow on the assigned unit
Supervise and support nursing staff, including LPNs, RNs, and CNAs
Monitor resident care to ensure compliance with care standards and regulations
Review and update care plans, documentation, and clinical records
Administer medications and treatments as needed
Communicate with physicians, residents, and families regarding care updates
Assist with admissions, discharges, and care transitions
Support infection control and quality improvement initiatives
Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to nursing staff
Ensure adherence to facility policies and state and federal regulations
Active New Jersey LPN or RN license
Prior long-term care or skilled nursing experience required
Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Commitment to compassionate, resident-focused care
