What You'll Do As a Full-Time Teller , you'll provide friendly, personalized service while assisting members with their everyday financial needs. Responsibilities include: Provide welcoming, professional customer service and build strong member relationships Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and other transactions Handle cash and maintain an accurate, balanced cash drawer Learn about members' needs and connect them with appropriate financial products and services Answer questions and assist members with their banking needs Address member concerns while maintaining a positive experience Partner with coworkers to provide consistent, exceptional service Follow established cash-handling, security, compliance, and transaction procedures What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED Friendly, professional, and positive approach to working with people Passion for helping others and creating a great customer or member experience Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyComfortable working with cash, numbers, technology, and computer systems Ability to multitask, stay organized, and provide quality service in a fast-paced environment Previous retail, hospitality, food service, sales, banking, or customer-facing experience is helpful but not required Willingness to learn and build a career in banking and financial services Work Schedule This full-time Teller position offers a consistent schedule of Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM , with rotating Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM .
