### After-School Babysitter / Homework Helper for 13-Year-Old I am looking for a dependable, patient, and responsible person to provide after-school care for my 13-year-old son. The primary responsibilities would be meeting him when he gets off the school bus, making sure he gets settled in safely, and helping him with his homework—especially **Algebra**. He may also need some encouragement and guidance with staying focused and keeping up with his schoolwork. My son has recently come into my care after a difficult home situation, so he is going through a period of adjustment and has some catching up to do academically and emotionally. He does best with someone who is patient, understanding, calm, and willing to build trust with him rather than simply supervise him.

• *Responsibilities:**
• Meet him at the bus stop after school
• Provide safe, dependable after-school supervision
• Help with Algebra and other homework as needed
• Encourage good study habits and organization
• Provide a calm, supportive environment
• Communicate with me about homework, schoolwork, or any concerns

• Patient and dependable
• Comfortable working with teenagers
• Strong in Algebra/math
• Good communication skills
• Kind, understanding, and able to establish appropriate boundaries
• Previous babysitting, tutoring, teaching, or childcare experience is a plus
