Here\'s what you need to know about the Seasonal Store Associate role. Qualifications Availability must be flexible and include evenings and weekends. Part-time hours; varies based on business needs. Must have or be pursuing a high school diploma or general education degree (GED). Three to six months\' experience in a retail environment preferred. Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills required. Must be 16 years of age or older. The role involves talking or hearing as part of duties. Physical requirements: ability to stand and walk for extended periods; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; occasional sitting; climbing or balancing; kneeling, crouching, crawling; and operating a Brannock device. Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Specific vision abilities required: close, distance, color, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus. The anticipated base pay range for this position is $17.45 - $23.61.
