Roofer – Greenwater Investments
Tucson, AZ

Position Overview
The Roofer will perform inspections, repairs, and installations on a variety of roofing systems across multiple residential communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and maintain shingle, tile, and built-up roofing systems across assigned properties
• Diagnose roof leaks and other roofing issues, and complete timely repairs
• Coordinate with property maintenance teams and Directors of Operations on scheduling and priorities
• Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of fall protection and ladder/scaffolding equipment
• Respond to urgent roofing needs, including after monsoon or heat-related weather events

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional roofing experience
• Hands-on experience with shingle, tile, and built-up roofing systems required
• General construction background required
• Working knowledge of roofing safety standards and OSHA requirements
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work at heights in varying weather conditions
• Reliable transportation between property sites required
