Help Clients Plan Their Dream Vacations, Work Fully Remote with Flexible Hours We're looking for a Remote Travel Planner to coordinate travel arrangements and keep client trips organized from start to finish. You'll handle research, bookings, itinerary management, and client communication in a fully remote role with flexible scheduling. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy turning scattered requests into smooth travel plans, this is a great fit. What You'll Do

* Coordinate travel planning from initial client request through final confirmation * Research and organize accommodations, transportation, activities, and destinations * Assist with booking tasks, confirmations, changes, and follow-ups * Manage client preferences, reservation details, and itinerary information * Keep client records accurate and up to date * Monitor outstanding details and ensure timely task completion * Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates * Use digital tools and systems to organize workflow and track multiple requests

What We're Looking For

* Strong organizational and time-management skills * Excellent attention to detail * Professional written and verbal communication * Comfortable working independently in a remote environment * Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines

What We Provide
