Regional Nurse Consultant - Skilled Nursing
Full Spectrum Search Group is a full-service healthcare recruiting agency specializing in post-acute leadership and healthcare administration. A respected skilled nursing operator is seeking a Regional Nurse Consultant to oversee clinical quality initiatives across four skilled nursing facilities in Santa Rosa, CA . This role partners closely with administrators, Directors of Nursing, and regional leadership to ensure strong clinical outcomes, regulatory compliance, and consistent quality performance across the portfolio.
Unlike many regional consulting roles that span hundreds of beds, this position supports a smaller group of facilities, allowing the consultant to maintain a deeper presence within each building and provide meaningful clinical guidance.
The organization maintains high expectations for clinical quality and regulatory compliance, with a strong emphasis on proactive monitoring, survey readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.
