Serving as the Radiation Safety Officer, the full-time NDE Program Manager will oversee radiation safety programs, ensure compliance with safety standards, and manage non-destructive examination activities, with remote work options available. Key responsibilities Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations involving radiation-producing equipment Oversee and maintain personnel exposure records within permissible limits Coordinate the setup of NDE tools and review third-party NDE programs for compliance Required qualifications 20+ years of industry experience, with at least 15 years in relevant disciplines 3-4 year university degree (preferred) Deep knowledge of radiographic testing and advanced non-destructive examination methods Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and safety standards Excellent leadership skills
