Job Description

Salary: $82,000 - 122,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Textiles, Quality Management, or Engineering
• Working knowledge of manufacturing environments
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
• Experience in the nonwoven, textile, or paper mill industry is preferred
• Six Sigma certification is preferred

• We monitor process capability through statistical analysis and recommend specification adjustments
• We own the Quality Near Miss and On-Hold programs and use them as leading indicators for improvement
• We lead A3 continuous improvement initiatives and support Gemba walks to gather associate feedback
• We analyze raw material inputs in collaboration with Process Engineering and Product Development
• We develop and run test method validation protocols for new and existing processes
• We perform root cause analysis on nonconforming material and track corrective and preventive actions
• We serve as the technical point of contact for customers and vendors, issuing CARs and SCARs as needed
• We coordinate ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements and audits

We are hiring a Quality Assurance Engineer in Benson, NC, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. In this hands-on role, we partner closely with Process Engineering and Product Development to strengthen quality systems, drive continuous improvement, and support customer and vendor communication.
