Step into a role where you can contribute to our shared success through meaningful work.We are actively hiring for a Product Strategy Advisor, Personal Lines - RemoteYour Role:This role serves as a strategic business consultant and market expert, providing insights on regulatory changes, emerging trends, and business impacts. The position leads cross-functional initiatives, supports product implementation, advises senior leadership, and delivers data-driven recommendations to influence strategy and operations.Your Work:Researches and stays current on local regulatory conditions.Uses stellar research and analytical skills to present to various management levels and advises others on approaches to market changes and responses to legislative changes.Proactively identifies emerging trends and issues in assigned territory, analyzing available data (primarily qualitative) and presenting findings to leadership.Performs sophisticated analysis of assigned function or business area and translates findings into appropriate applications, such as process changes, advising strategy, etc.Provides interpretation and insight on proposals. Evaluates findings and guides outcome (cause-effect-effort to implement). However, we have a location-based compensation structure. Our salary ranges vary and are calculated based on work location. The starting pay range for this position across all the states we hire in is $122,850.00-$164,000.00. This role also includes an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 10% of eligible pay.
