NOW HIRING: PLANT MANAGERMancan Staffing is currently hiring an experienced Plant Manager for a well-established private process manufacturing company in Elizabeth, PA.Pay: $80,000$110,000 per yearThis is a key leadership opportunity for a hands-on manufacturing professional who is passionate about operational excellence, developing strong teams, improving processes, and driving results in a multi-shift production facility.What Youll Do:Lead day-to-day plant operations, including production, scheduling, and workforce managementPromote and maintain a strong safety cultureMonitor and improve KPIs related to safety, quality, productivity, cost, delivery, inventory, and labor efficiencyIdentify root causes and implement corrective actions to improve performanceLead continuous improvement initiatives and reduce waste and operating costsEnsure products meet quality and design specificationsEstablish and maintain efficient production systems and processesManage inventory accuracy and ensure on-time shipmentsTrain, coach, and develop employees while building strong teams and succession plansPlan for short- and long-term capital equipment needsDirectly supervise production managers and supervisory staffWork collaboratively with supply chain, technical, and finance teamsWhat Were Looking For:510 years of manufacturing leadership experience preferredBachelors degree in a technical field or equivalent related experience preferredManufacturing experience in mineral processing, chemicals, refractory, and/or construction products preferredStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsHands-on, proactive, and results-oriented approachKnowledge of manufacturing operations, production scheduling, and workforce managementUnderstanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Operational Excellence preferredAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across teamsProficiency with Microsoft OfficeWhy Consider This Opportunity?Competitive salary of $80,000$110,000Opportunity to lead a critical manufacturing operationStable, privately held companyCollaborative leadership environmentStrong focus on operational excellence and continuous improvementLong-term growth potentialIf you're an experienced manufacturing leader ready to take the next step in your career, Mancan Staffing wants to hear from you!Apply today! #DINDC
