Partner Tax Preparation Advisor ManagerThe Opportunity As a Partner Tax Preparation Advisor Manager, you will provide personalized tax planning and compliance services to high-net-worth individuals and privately-owned businesses. Within our Tax practice, you will focus on delivering strategic advice and guidance to clients, helping them navigate complex tax regulations and optimize their tax positions. This role offers the chance to work closely with clients, providing tailored solutions that align with their unique financial goals. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching and leveraging team members' unique strengths, managing performance to meet client expectations. You will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm, leading with integrity and authenticity. Embracing technology and innovation, you will enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same. In this role, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also address conflicts or issues, engaging in meaningful conversations with clients and team members, while upholding professional and technical standards.ResponsibilitiesLeading tax planning and compliance initiatives for high-net-worth individuals and privately-owned businessesGuiding teams in strategic planning and execution of tax-related projectsUtilizing analytical thinking to navigate complex tax regulations and optimize client tax positionsDeveloping and reviewing tax documents, confirming accuracy and compliance with current legislationMonitoring and analyzing financial trends to identify opportunities for tax optimizationProviding coaching and feedback to team members to enhance their skills and performanceCollaborating with stakeholders to address conflicts and engage in constructive discussionsUpholding professional and technical standards in line with the firm's code of conductEncouraging innovation and embracing technology to improve service deliveryManaging project timelines and deliverables to meet client expectationsWhat You Must HaveAt least a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Accounting, FinanceAt least 4 years of experienceAt least one of the following: Certified Public Accountant, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunityWhat Sets You ApartPreference for a Master's degreeApplying knowledge of partnership K-1 income and state tax creditsManaging individual tax compliance processes including reviewing individual tax returns for accuracy and complianceLeading and coordinating virtual teamsBuilding trusted client relationshipsManaging project workflows and budgetsLeveraging emerging technologies to improve efficiencyDemonstrating proficiency in tax compliance and consultingUtilizing strategic planning skills in tax preparationExcelling in partnership and personal income tax servicesManaging corporate tax planning and compliance oversightAnalyzing financial trends for tax risk managementMentoring team members in tax documentation and researchTravel Requirements Not SpecifiedThe salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $212,280. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $244,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
