We emphasize an inclusive understanding of each patient, recognizing the unique challenges they face and tailoring our treatment plans to meet their specific needs. Qualifications\n \n A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required. \n Must hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Psychologist in the state of Washington. \n Demonstrated experience in addressing mental health needs in individuals with co-occurring medical conditions. \n Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on building trust with clients and collaborating with healthcare teams. \n Preferred Experience\n \n A familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and various telehealth applications, enhancing the efficiency of remote therapy delivery. \n Previous experience working in integrated care environments, understanding the complexities of co-existing physical and mental health issues. \n Demonstrated ability to maintain professional boundaries and adhere to ethical guidelines while championing patient confidentiality. \n Compensation and Benefits\n The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and educational background.
