Success means ensuring our team's daily workflows are accurately represented and that the system fits our global needs.Empowering the Team: Act as the internal guide for the accounting team during the rollout, providing them with the training, documentation, and support they need to feel confident using the new platform.Leading the Global Close & Consolidation FrameworkPredictable, High-Velocity Close: Direct our global close process, consistently achieving an efficient and accurate multi-entity, multi-currency close.Global Compliance Leadership: Oversee the consolidation model and act as a key partner for international compliance, ensuring seamless coordination on statutory audits across global regions.Maintaining Financial Integrity & ComplianceTrusted Financials: Act as a reliable final checkpoint for our financial statements, ensuring everything is accurate and GAAP-compliant before it goes to leadership.Practical Controls: Maintain a strong, clear SOX and internal controls environment that naturally integrates into our new Oracle workflows without creating unnecessary bottlenecks.Mentoring a Great TeamSupportive Leadership: Lead and develop a talented team of accounting professionals.
