Doctor of Medicine | Dermatology
Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Pay: $300 to $305 per hour

About the Position

Board-certified Dermatology locums in Pennsylvania with a fast credentialing window and a predictable outpatient schedule. Full-scope medical and surgical derm with strong MA support.

Highlights

• Fast credentialing, typically 1 to 2 weeks
• 3-4 days per week with no call
• High-efficiency support model, MAs assist with scribing and prior auths
• Mix of gen derm and scheduled procedure time, excisions built into the template

Practice Setting

• Outpatient dermatology practice, full scope medical and surgical derm
• Patient mix skews older, approximately 95% age 10+ with many teens for acne and eczema
• ModMed EMA charting
• Support staff ratio of 1 MA per 17 patients

Schedule

• 3-4 days per week
• Clinic hours 8a to 4p
• No call requirements
• Initial coverage is planned for about 60 days, with option to extend

Cases and Procedures

• General dermatology, skin checks, rashes, and chronic skin conditions
• Excisions, typically scheduled as a half day per week with additional slots as needed
• Botox is welcomed but not required

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO
• Board Certified in Dermatology
• Pennsylvania license or active IMLC LOQ, open to IMLC Physicians
