A remote Paralegal/Legal Assistant will support attorneys and legal teams with administrative and substantive legal tasks to ensure efficient case management, regulatory compliance, and organized legal operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable handling confidential and time-sensitive legal matters in a remote environment. While your duties will depend on the specific needs of your client, they will include, but not be limited to:
2+ years of proven experience as a paralegal or legal assistant preferred. Knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation standards. Strong research, writing, and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal management software. Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a remote environment.
