Job Description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Analytics Consultant (CJA) based in United States.

This role offers the opportunity to serve as a strategic analytics advisor, helping clients turn complex business questions into clear measurement strategies and actionable insights. You will combine deep expertise in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics with strong consulting and communication skills. The position spans analytics strategy, implementation design, data storytelling, and client partnership. You will work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to improve data capture, measurement, reporting, and decision-making. Your ability to translate ambiguous requirements into practical solutions will be central to your impact. This is an environment where analytical thinking, curiosity, adaptability, and the ability to communicate a compelling story from data are highly valued.

Accountabilities

  • Lead analytics strategy and implementation design for Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics in collaboration with clients, analytics engineers, and developers.
  • Facilitate measurement strategy workshops, gather business requirements, and translate them into structured analytics solutions.
  • Audit existing Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics implementations and identify opportunities to improve data quality, tracking, and measurement.
  • Develop and maintain analytics documentation, including business requirements documents, solution design requirements, and technical design documentation.
  • Recommend best practices for analytics instrumentation and data capture across Adobe Analytics and CJA.
  • Configure Adobe Analytics report suites in line with measurement requirements and web-tracking strategies.
  • Design and configure multi-channel Customer Journey Analytics implementations, including connections, data views, and related components, while applying identity-resolution concepts appropriately.
  • Analyze data to uncover meaningful business insights and distinguish actionable findings from surface-level reporting.
  • Build dashboards and reports in Adobe Analytics and CJA Workspace that communicate insights through clear and compelling data stories.
  • Translate analytical findings into narratives and recommendations that executives, marketing leaders, and other stakeholders can act upon.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, helping shape analytics strategy rather than simply responding to requests.
  • Present analytics findings and deliver customized, hands-on training sessions for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage client expectations, prioritize high-impact initiatives, and ensure solutions and deliverables are consistently delivered to a high standard.
  • Stay current with developments across the analytics ecosystem through industry events, communities, conferences, publications, and open-source initiatives.
  • Promote strong information security and data protection practices, including appropriate handling of sensitive information and compliance with applicable privacy standards such as GDPR and CCPA.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working in an agency or consulting environment, with strong client-facing experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of analytics implementation processes, data collection, reporting, measurement strategy, and analysis.
  • Deep expertise in Adobe Analytics and CJA, including implementation design, report suites, connections, data views, and identity-resolution concepts.
  • Experience translating ambiguous business requirements into practical analytics strategies and technical solutions.
  • Strong data storytelling skills, with the ability to uncover meaningful insights and communicate them clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including confidence presenting findings to executives, marketing leaders, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong consulting and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence decisions and build trusted client relationships.
  • Ability to facilitate workshops, gather requirements, provide recommendations, and deliver customized analytics training.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making abilities in fast-paced environments.
  • Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics certifications are preferred.
  • Exposure to additional Adobe Experience Platform solutions such as Real-Time CDP (RT-CDP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy, information security, and responsible data-handling practices, including GDPR and CCPA considerations.
  • Adaptability, curiosity, initiative, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Benefits

  • Opportunity to work on strategic analytics initiatives with enterprise clients and influence how organizations use data for decision-making.
  • Exposure to complex Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics implementations across diverse business environments.
  • Opportunity to operate as a trusted advisor, shaping measurement strategy rather than simply executing analytics requests.
  • Collaborative environment combining analytics, engineering, technology, and business expertise.
  • Opportunities for continuous professional development through industry communities, conferences, and emerging analytics practices.
  • Potential exposure to broader Adobe Experience Platform technologies, including RT-CDP and AJO.
  • Remote work opportunity within the United States.
  • Employment visa sponsorship may be available for eligible candidates.
