What You'll Do
- Engage with customers via phone, text, email, and online chat
- Convert leads into showroom appointments and increase dealership traffic
- Build trust with customers by providing prompt follow-up and a seamless
customer experience.
- Work with the sales team to maximize closing opportunities
- Manage customer communications through our CRM system
- Deliver a positive customer experience from first contact through delivery
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years of experience in auto Internet Sales, BDC, or Digital Sales
- 2+ years of experience in appointment setting and sales performance
- 1+ years of experience using CRM systems
- Proven ability to establish trust and create lasting customer relationships.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license
Total Rewards
The annual estimated earning range for this position is $46,500 - $154,000.
(Commission-based Pay Plan)
This position is also eligible for commissions on ("Individual Sales and/or
Individual Gross Profit") and/or bonus opportunities ("Individual Units Sold
and/or Manufacturer Approvability").
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related
knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through
the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency
laws.
