Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job DescriptionJob Description:-At least 3 years of experience in IIBAt least 4+ years of experience in WMB, IIBAt least 4+ years of experience in software development life cycleAt least 4+ years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projectsAt least 3 years of experience in Design and architecture reviewRequirement Elicitation and GatheringSupport QA and production implementation of releasesConduct review of Design, Code, Unit test results and other deliverables.Execute implementation plan for production rolloutCreating requirement specifications and use case narrativesCommunication with stakeholders regarding project schedule, progress and open issuesProviding clarifications of the Business requirements to the development and testing teams.Reviewing the deliverables prepared by the Development team e.g. Application and Component Design, Unit test plans etc.Reviewing the deliverables prepared by the Testing team e.g. Testing Strategy, System and Regression test plan, System test scripts etc.Experience in Insurance domainExperience in Onsite/offshore communicationAbility to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environmentGood communication skills and Analytical SkillsExperience and desire to work in a Global delivery environmentQualificationsBasic Qualifications :-Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
