Requirements A qualified applicant will have a bachelor’s degree and will also meet at least one of the following criteria: You hold a valid Massachusetts State teaching certificate or the equivalent thereof. You are a current student teacher pursuing a teaching certificate. You have two or more years of experience as a private or charter school classroom teacher. You have experience as a lecturer/course instructor at an accredited U.S. University or College.
