Shape go-to-market growth for enterprise AI customers by developing and executing strategies across high-priority ideal customer profiles. You will work closely with leadership to generate pipeline, pursue new markets, and improve top-of-funnel performance.

• Own growth strategy and execution for priority customer profiles, including account research, market mapping, outbound outreach, follow-up, and performance tracking.
• Use market signals, company triggers, and buyer priorities to create messaging that connects enterprise AI solutions with high-value opportunities.
• Lead go-to-market initiatives, including event strategies, campaign narratives, and thematic market research.
• Partner with leadership on high-value accounts, strategic partnerships, and new growth initiatives.
• Analyze growth results, refine go-to-market strategies, and continuously improve top-of-funnel effectiveness.

• Experience in growth, go-to-market strategy, business development, sales, venture capital, private equity, or a similar commercial role in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to turn complex ideas into clear, actionable messaging.
• Strong research, analytical, market-mapping, and performance-analysis capabilities.
• Experience building outbound strategies, supporting go-to-market initiatives, or driving top-of-funnel growth.
• Ability to take ambiguous problems from concept through execution while managing multiple priorities with close attention to detail.
• Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners and senior leadership.
• Self-directed, opportunity-oriented problem solver with a focus on measurable growth.

• Experience supporting event strategy, account-based growth, or strategic partnership development.
• Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and outbound growth strategies.

• Advertised compensation range: $130, 000 to $170, 000 per year.
• National base salary range: $100, 000 to $140, 000 USD.
• Eligible for equity compensation and, depending on role and company policy, performance-based bonuses.
