Graphics Illustrator

CoSolutions is seeking a talented and creative Graphics Illustrator to design and produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and visual content for a variety of platforms and media. This role requires a strong eye for design, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively to support the client's programs and related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce engaging graphics and illustrations for print, digital, and multimedia formats.
• Create visual content for websites, social media platforms, brochures, flyers, posters, and other print publications.
• Ensure consistent visual branding and messaging across all platforms and materials.
• Utilize industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) to develop content.
• Conceptualize and create marketing materials tailored to the program goals.
• Develop infographics, charts, and graphs to visualize data and complex information clearly.
• Produce original illustrations and artwork for presentations, reports, and web content.
• Create and edit multimedia content, including motion graphics and videos.
• Handle photography needs, including taking, editing, and optimizing images for various uses.
• Maintain high standards of design quality and ensure all materials align with brand and style guidelines.
• Support large format printing and assist with installation of materials when needed.
• Provide graphic support for events, including signage, banners, and on-site visual materials.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in illustration, graphic design, and multimedia content.
• Experience creating content for both digital and print media.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Experience with photography and video editing is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with brand development and consistency principles.
• Experience in large format printing and installation is a plus.
• Prior experience working in support of community or government programs is beneficial.
• Must have a Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Ability to travel may be required.
