Front Desk/ DENTAL administrative assistant
Job Description We are looking for a friendly, reliable team member to manage our front desk and deliver an excellent patient experience.
Responsibilities
Greet and check in/out patients
Answer phones and manage appointments
Verify insurance and update patient records
Collect payments and review financial estimates
Support treatment plan presentation and referrals
Maintain patient privacy (HIPAA) and organized front office
Requirements
Dental or medical front office experience preferred
Comfortable with practice software and multi-tasking
Professional communication and customer service skills
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a busy setting
Often expected in this role
Knowledge of dental terms/CDT codes
Insurance breakdowns and pre-authorizations
Basic claim follow-up and recall management
Willingness to cross-train and help the team
full-time $16 - $20 per hour

Wednesday:8:30am-5:30pm.
Thursday: 8:30-5:30pm.

Charm Pediatric Dentistry, led by Dr. Suh, has been providing exceptional care for children for over 15 years. We're looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team and help create a positive, welcoming experience for our patients and their families.
What You’ll Do:
· Greet patients, answer calls, schedule appointments, and address questions.
· Verify and update patient insurance using Dentrix (required).
· Maintain a clean and organized front desk, manage mail, and order office supplies.
· Prepare pediatric treatment plans to patients and families.
· Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, and organizing patient records.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking someone with previous dental front desk experience. Proficiency with Dentrix is a must! The ideal candidate should be able to manage time well, work in a fast-paced, kid-friendly environment, and communicate clearly with patients and their families. Experience in a pediatric dental office is also a bonus.
Schedule & Benefits:
· Work Hours:
o Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
o Tuesday, Friday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
o No weekends!
