Family Medicine Physician
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 8 Pay Rate: $139.68 - $151.20

This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm.
• Patients per day: 20-22.
• Practice Setting: Primary Care Clinic.
• Scope: Outpatient.
• State Licensure: Must have an unrestricted State License, be Board Certified, and have a Basic Life Support (BLS) and a Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certification.
