Family Medicine Physician
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 8 Pay Rate: $139.68 - $151.20

This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Office Hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday 1:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m.
• Patients Per Day: Average 10-25
• Practice Setting: Outpatient
• Scope: Primary Care, All Ages
• State Licensure: Active Ohio State License and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
• Responsibility for Advanced Practitioners: No
• Credentialing Timeframe: 1-2 Weeks
