Event Staff

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Event Staff to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess strong organizational and communication skills, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include event setup and breakdown, guest assistance, and ensuring a smooth operation throughout the event.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with event setup, including arranging furniture, setting up equipment, and decorating.
• Provide excellent customer service to event attendees.
• Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the event space.
• Assist with event breakdown and cleanup.
• Collaborate with team members to address any issues that arise during the event.
• Follow event timelines and schedules effectively.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed
• Previous event experience is a plus

Requirements:

• Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
