We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Event Staff to join our dynamic team and contribute to the seamless execution of various events. As an Event Staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that events run smoothly, providing exceptional customer service, and creating memorable experiences for attendees. 

Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup and breakdown of event spaces including equipment and signage
• Greet and direct guests to appropriate areas within the event venue
• Manage crowd control to ensure safety and order during the event
• Provide information and support to attendees, vendors, and staff as needed
• Monitor event activities and report any issues or incidents to supervisors promptly
• Help with distributing materials, tickets, or promotional items to guests

Qualifications

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Capacity to remain calm and efficient in high-pressure situations
• Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
• Prior experience in event staffing or customer service is preferred but not required
