Job Description An employment law attorney, also known as an employment lawyer, protects the rights and interests of employees and employers. Their responsibilities include: Legal advice : Advising on employment contracts and other employment-related matters Representing clients : Representing clients in cases of discrimination, wrongful termination, or wage disputes Assisting employers : Assisting employers with drafting employment contracts and agreements Human rights compliance : Assisting with human rights compliance Ministry of labor complaints : Assisting with ministry of labor complaint Employment Law Attorney Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at the Costa Mesa, CA office.
