To support a growing portfolio of performance-led DTC brands, the full-time remote Email Marketing Specialist will manage the technical execution of email campaigns in Klaviyo, focusing on building flows, managing data integrations, and ensuring deliverability while collaborating with the Retention and Growth teams. Key responsibilities Build and set up email flows and campaigns in Klaviyo based on directives from the Retention team Execute the email calendar, ensuring alignment with paid-media sales and managing end-to-end campaign processes Set up and run A/B tests while tracking and reporting on execution metrics for optimization Required qualifications Proven experience with Klaviyo, including building flows, segments, and advanced flow logic Familiarity with dynamic content, Liquid, and light HTML/CSS for responsive email templates Understanding of data integrations and syncing across Shopify, Klaviyo, and CRMs Knowledge of deliverability fundamentals, including sender authentication and list hygiene Experience with subscription apps and mechanics related to DTC models
