Working full-time as an Email Marketing Coordinator, the successful candidate will manage and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure effective customer engagement and brand messaging. Key Responsibilities Build and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and revenue growth Manage automated lifecycle campaigns, including welcome, post-purchase, win-back, and replenishment flows Monitor campaign performance and support optimization through reporting and A/B testing Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation Experience with email marketing platforms such as Maestra, Bloomreach, Klaviyo, or similar Strong understanding of email and SMS marketing best practices, segmentation, automation, and A/B testing Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
