Dental hygienist

Key Responsibilities
Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing as needed
Take and interpret digital dental radiographs (X-rays)
Conduct periodontal assessments and charting
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene, nutrition, and preventive dental care
Assist the dentist with examinations and treatment planning
Apply fluoride treatments and sealants when appropriate
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Follow infection control and sterilization protocols in accordance with OSHA and CDC guidelines
Help create a comfortable and positive experience for patients of all ages

full-time $60 - $65 per hour

Compensation and Benefits
$60–$65 per hour, based on experience and credentials
$5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible full-time candidates

Monday through Thursday, finishing by 5:00 p.m.
Fridays finish by 1:30 p.m.
No evenings

An active Massachusetts Dental Hygiene License is required.
Local Anesthesia Certification is preferred.
Experience with Dentrix, Dexis, and iTero is helpful but not required.
Experienced hygienists and qualified new graduates seeking strong mentorship are encouraged to apply
