In this role, you will schedule brief virtual appointments, answer basic questions, and guide members through a simple online process. You will communicate with members by phone, email, and video, while helping ensure their information is accurate and their applications are completed properly. No previous insurance experience is required. We provide step-by-step training, ongoing support, and the tools needed to help you succeed.
