Key Responsibilities for the Commercial Roofing Project Manager: - Oversee and manage all aspects of commercial roofing projects from inception to completion.

Key Qualifications for the Commercial Roofing Project Manager: - Experience: Minimum of 5 years supervising and installing commercial roofing systems .
- Project Management: Proven experience as a Commercial Roofing Project Manager in the industry.
- Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency is a must.
- Technical Skills: Strong computer skills, organizational abilities, and job tracking capabilities.
- Certifications: OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams as a Commercial Roofing Project Manager .
- Technical Reading: Proficiency in reading, understanding, and interpreting construction drawings.
- Safety and Quality: Ability to conduct and participate in safety meetings and manufacturer inspections. Ensure safety walks, quality walks, and daily completion of QC/QA forms.
- Licenses: A valid driver's license is mandatory.
- Work Ethic: Must be a team player capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment; self-motivated, innovative, and able to manage changing priorities and multiple tasks effectively.
