Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $19.00 USD per hour Overview Target is looking for Guest Advocates who welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction, loyalty enrollment, and store cleanliness. This role supports both in-store and digital services and helps guests use store features and services to help shopping be quick and easy at the checklanes, guest services, gift registry, pick-up, and drive up while ensuring high-quality service. What You Will Do (Responsibilities) Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest experience by delivering the service standard. Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests during daily tasks and engaging with guests to solve their needs. Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to resolve guest issues and improve their experience. Promote and explain benefits, offerings, and services; assist with loyalty program sign-up as needed. Scan and bag items efficiently and in compliance with safety standards and best practices. Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality and accuracy. Explain and assist with Target App features (including Wallet) and with Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering. Handle returns following policy, and escalate to Leaders as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; stock supplies during store hours as needed. Support guest services operations (OPU, Drive-up, DU Returns) in compliance with laws and store policies. Other duties as needed based on business needs.
