All About Small Formats We enable a consistent experience for guests by ensuring product is in stock, available, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor in our smallest format stores. This team is responsible for proficiency in all areas of the store, including cashiering, stocking, presentation, and price accuracy. You will provide exceptional guest service, customizing each experience and anticipating their needs. Core Competencies Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and experience building a guest‑first culture across the store Experience in retail business fundamentals: department sales trends, pricing and promotion strategies, inventory management, process efficiency and improvement Experience supporting daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals Daily Responsibilities Greet and service guests while completing workload with minimal guest disruption Work in all departments to keep the sales floor full, zoned and in stock for guests Push and stock product to the sales floor Execute adjacency changes, transitions, revisions and sales plans for all departments Conduct weekly price‑change workload and ensure regular and promotional signing is set accurately for all departments Complete scans and system audit functions to ensure inventory accuracy Support execution of major transitions and ISM Support guest services with cashiering, order pick‑up (OPU) and Drive‑Up (DU) where applicable Accurately execute all pulls (daily autofills, CAFs, out of stock, manuals, guest requests) and back‑stock product from all departments Process all inbound deliveries (using the receive application) to ensure inventory accuracy Complete all backroom daily and weekly audits Operate power equipment only if certified Maintain backroom organization and location accuracy and follow equipment guidelines Follow processes accurately with attention to detail, monitor own progress and prioritize tasks Provide service and a shopping experience that meets the needs of the guest Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance All other duties as required by business needs What We’re Looking For Excited to work in a fun and energetic environment and to deliver for guests Enthusiastically providing service that makes guests feel valued and delighted Comfortable with stocking, setting, and selling Target products – that’s the core of the role Seeking a dynamic job beyond a computer‑centric Monday‑through‑Friday schedule, especially on weekends Skills & Training Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and teammates Learn and adapt to current technology needs Work independently and as part of a team Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot Attention to detail and ability to follow multi‑step processes Additional Expectations Accurately handle cash register operations Climb up and down ladders as needed Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including lifting up to 40 pounds Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) and regular attendance Roles Include Seasonal Guest Advocate (Cashier) Seasonal General Merchandise Seasonal Inbound (Stocking) Seasonal Tech Consultant Benefits Eligibility Please visit to learn about benefits eligibility for this role.
