Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the business office, including billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
Supervise and train staff members to ensure efficient and accurate processing of financial transactions
Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management and regulatory agencies
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of activities
Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and vendors
