Breeze Airways is hiring Part Time Flight Attendants for the VRB Crew Base. Job Details Monthly Guarantee: 37.5 flying hours per month Must live within a two-hour driving distance from Vero Beach Regional Airport Interview and be selected to become a Part Time Breeze Flight Attendant Successfully complete initial Flight Attendant training Additional Details Initial issuance of luggage and uniform paid by Breeze Training is paid Eligible for 401(k) benefits after 90 days of employment Travel benefits on Breeze Network begin after 30 days of employment Travel benefits on other airlines start after six months of employment Here’s what you’ll do Provide an exceptional Guest experience – warmly welcome Guests onto our aircraft, assist with seating, luggage, garment stowage, and information requests while remaining available for further assistance Stay positive and kind – Guests should feel valued and appreciated; be empathetic and act with humanity Maintain a safe work environment for Guests and Team Members Remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations Communicate effectively, collaborate, and show respect for other Team Members Monitor the cabin regularly to stay approachable and accommodating Be flexible with schedules due to operational, weather-related, and other delays Stay current and compliant with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training requirements Demonstrate personal responsibility – be punctual, timely, and proactive Uphold professional appearance and etiquette guidelines, both in and out of the cabin Willing to assist in other departments if necessary Comfortable using, implementing, and explaining Breeze’s Inflight technology Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages (including alcohol) while practicing highest hygiene standards Maintain cabin cleanliness and galley organization; comfortable working in tight quarters Provide instruction, including emergency and evacuation procedures, to Guests Administer first aid and medical care if required during an emergency Capable of managing personal and emotional responses under stress Conduct security screenings Complete Autism Awareness Training Adhere to FAA and DOT travel regulations Achieve performance measures and adhere to Breeze values of Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence Minimum Qualifications 21 years of age or older High school diploma or equivalent Height minimum – able to reach and remove emergency equipment from overhead bins without assistance Height maximum – adequate head clearance in the cabin Ability to sit and buckle into the E190 and A220 Flight Attendant jumpseat belts Neat, well-groomed, and capable of making a positive impression Service-oriented with high hygiene standards Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; may need to communicate safety instructions to non-English speakers Ability to pass a vision and hearing test and security screening training Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug test and TSA fingerprint-based checks; Breeze background check Legal right to work in the U.S. and to travel without restriction Current passport with at least six months remaining Ability to serve alcoholic beverages Willing to relocate based on operational needs Able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours; report to base for assigned trips Able to work a Reserve Assignment in the assigned base Self-starter with a positive attitude; neat, well-groomed appearance nose piercings allowed with specific guidelines; no other facial piercings; no teeth embellishments No more than two earrings per ear while in uniform Note: Tattoos may be visible in uniform if within company guidelines. Company tattoo guidelines will be provided during selection. All Breeze Flight Attendants are required to have a current passport with at least six months remaining on day 1 of Flight Attendant Training.
