We are seeking an experienced Bilingual (Spanish/English) On-site Employee Representative to join our new Idaho Falls location.

What You'll Be Doing:
This is not just a recruiting desk job. As an On-site Employee Representative, you will play a pivotal role in connecting qualified job seekers with our clients' open positions. Your day-to-day will include:
We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who can stay focused and driven. While experience in the Staffing Industry is a plus, it is not required. We value organized, self-starting individuals with excellent communication skills who take pride in being the best at what they do.
Compensation:
Starting Total Yearly Compensation: $60,000 - $64,000 (First Year), depending on experience and drive.
