Description The Grove is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Apartment Leasing Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects while maintaining strong organizational and administrative support within the leasing office. This position requires the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism at all times. Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents Assist with leasing activities including tours, applications, and follow-ups Handle general office duties such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining resident records Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional manner Process paperwork and maintain accurate files and reports Utilize property management software and leasing tools to complete daily tasks Support team members with administrative and customer-related tasks as needed Requirements Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly attitude Excellent organizational and filing skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Experience with property management software required: OneSite Spanish-speaking is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Previous leasing or property management experience preferred Our Perks & Benefits: Taking care of our clients and residents starts with taking care of our team.
