We are a licensed 4 bed Adult Residential Facility committed to providing high- quality care and supportive living environment for adults with developmental disabilities. Our goal is to foster independence, dignity, and a sense of community for all residents.

We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and experienced Administrator to lead the daily operation of our Adult Residential Facility. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in Title 17 and Title 22 regulations, have strong leadership skills, and be dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to both residents and staff.

Responsibilities Include:

-Ensure the facility operates in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.
-Oversee day-to- day facility operations, including staff scheduling, admissions, resident care and record keeping
-Supervise, train and evaluate staff to maintain high standard of care and professionalism.
-Monitor and mange resident needs, behaviors, health and saftety.
-Communicate with families, case workers and regulatory agencies as needed.
-Conduct internal audits and prepare for licensing inspections.

Qualifications:

-Valid ARF Administrator Certificate
-Experience working in a residential care setting.
-Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
